Earlier this year, reports confirmed that music sensation Cardi B, 25, was pregnant with her first child. The female hip-hop singer is married to 26-year-old rapper Kiari Kendrell Cephus — best known by his stage name “Offset.” They secretly wed in September of last year.
Offset is one of three members of the rap trio “Migos.” In 2017, the trio’s album “Culture” debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 chart. Cardi B, who recently rose to global fame over the past few years, has received more than a dozen musical awards and was even nominated for two Grammys.
On July 11th, the music stars announced the arrival of their sweet baby girl. According to a statement by Cardi B, she was born on Tuesday, July 10th.
The happy couple also shared her unique name — Kulture Kiari Cephus — with her middle name being named after her father's first name. Her initials are also the same as her father — "K.K.C." And in addition, her first name, "Kulture," is the same name as her dad's top-charting album, "Culture."
Several months ago, the Grammy Award-nominated artist revealed that she briefly considered abortion, but ultimately decided to keep the baby — trusting in “God’s timing.” Although this is Cardi B’s first child, Offset has three other children from past relationships, reported PEOPLE.
Congratulations on your baby girl, Cardi B and Offset! May God bless your marriage and family.
