Candace Cameron Bure, who plays DJ Fuller in the hit spin-off series “Fuller House,” recently had fans of the show jumping for joy. Earlier this year, it was revealed that the comedy series was renewed for a fourth season following the success of the first three seasons.
In a newly-released interview with Access, the “Fuller House” star shared major news about the upcoming season. Although an official release date has not been provided yet, Bure revealed exclusive details regarding season 4.
In season 4, Bure said fans can expect great parenting episodes and some heartfelt moments between the characters. At the end of season 3 Steve left the state to take a new job, but according to Bure, the two make their long-distance relationship work.
A new baby will also make its way into the “Fuller House” family this next season. As fans may recall, Kimmy is the surrogate for her brother’s and Stephanie’s child. Season 4 will follow her pregnancy journey leading to the birth of the baby.
Although Bure did not confirm a wedding, she hinted at the possibility between any of the couples — DJ and Steve, Kimmy and Fernando, and Stephanie and Jimmy.
Fans flipped out over the new details! Many are eager for the new season to make its debut to Netflix — hopefully sometime this year.
This update comes shortly after “Fuller House” received an Emmy Award nomination. This year’s Emmys will take place on September 17th, 2018. Stay tuned!
