“Fuller House” star Candace Cameron Bure is often celebrated by fans for her modest, yet stylish fashion ensembles. Bure released a self-help book, “Staying Stylish,” in 2017 that meshed tips for “beauty, style, health, and spiritual wellness” into one guide. The hardcover received 5-star ratings on several retail websites including Barnes and Noble.
Bure’s latest high-profile media appearance took place at the annual BMI (Broadcast Music, Inc.) Awards. She made national headlines for her fashion ensemble — a gorgeous, Kelly green dress.
The knee-length dress with long sleeves and high neckline had a very modest look. Ruffles were placed around the collarbone and wrists.
The 1960s vintage dress was designed by Stylish Abandon. Bure’s complimenting strappy heels were from Stuart Weitzman and her jewelry was from Graziela Gems.
“I absolutely LOVED wearing this vintage kelly green dress (my favorite color!) that fit like a glove- no alterations needed. And vintage?!!!!” the actress wrote.
“Oh, my heart...think [this dress] was made for me, or at least waiting for me to be a wearer of it. This is the kind of fashion that makes me giddy to be a woman,” Bure told her fans. “What a lovely evening celebrating the music for Fuller House and it’s 2nd year in a row winning a BMI award!”
Many fans praised Bure's modest fashion; one user called her look "elegant and fashionable." Another praised Bure for being "conservative and classy."
