Country Music Star's Wife Needs Blood Transfusion Days After Giving Birth

On Monday, February 4, country music superstar Jason Aldean and his wife, Brittany Kerr Aldean, welcomed their baby girl into the world. Their daughter was born at around 12:45 p.m.

Jason and Brittany named their daughter Navy Rome. She weighed 7lbs, 12oz. When Jason made the announcement, he noted how much Navy looked like her older brother, Memphis.

A couple of days following Navy's birth, fans became curious about why Brittany has stayed relatively silent on social media. They noted that after Memphis' birth, Brittany began sharing several photos of him right away, including ones of the family at home.

Now, the question has been answered. The news was just confirmed that as of Thursday, February 7, Brittany and Navy still have not been able to leave the hospital.

Brittany took to social media to talk about how "things went south" after her labor.

She wrote, "When your labor goes amazing...but then things go south. Still hospital living with my trooper of a hubs and a precious little girl. One blood transfusion...and swollen everything."

In a second video, Brittany noted that she's been in the hospital for days and that she is ready to "take these fat little piggies home," referring to her swollen feet.

Please keep Brittany in your prayers as she faces recovery. Congrats to the happy couple on the newest addition to their family! We are praying for a smooth recovery! In other recent news, Melania just stunned in a dark outfit at the State of the Union address.
