On Wednesday, Texas filed a lawsuit against Obama and his administration for his gross overreach into state level politics when he issued his decree that demanded that schools across the country to allow girls and boys to breach each other’s bathrooms.
“His lawsuit is challenging the way that the Obama administration is trampling the United States Constitution,” Texas Governor Greg Abbott said of his state’s Attorney General slapping back the overreached hand of Obama.
Also joining in on the lawsuit are Alabama, Arizona, Oklahoma, Utah, Louisiana, West Virginia, Maine, Tennessee, Wisconsin and Georgia, Fox news reported. More states are sure to follow as the major issue of the lawsuit isn’t even about the harmful bathroom policies that Obama pushed. The issue is that Obama acted as a dictator and ignored the process by which policy is made and enacted.
“Defendants have conspired to turn workplaces and educational settings across the country into laboratories for a massive social experiment, flouting the democratic process, and running roughshod over commonsense policies protecting children and basic privacy rights,” the lawsuit reads.
