Boy Meets World’s Maitland Ward Details Danielle Fishel Drama

Why is the cold shoulder so common? Maitland DistrictShe shared her reasons for believing that her former partner is the best. Boy Meets WorldCostar Danielle Fishel didn’t speak to her when she came to a taping of Girl Meets World.

“I was shocked that she didn’t even … she said ‘Hello,’ that’s it,” Ward, 45, exclusively shares with Us WeeklyWhile promoting her new memoir, Rated X: How Porn Liberated me from Hollywood. “It’s just a weird kind of thing, and I wish that we could be friends and I don’t know the full reasons behind it.”

The Bold and the Beautiful alum continues: “I had heard maybe she didn’t like the whole old costars on the show, the girls to come back on there or something, but I don’t know why she didn’t or doesn’t like me … we didn’t, like, have a blowout. I was expecting bear hugs from the guys. [Ben Savage and Rider Strong], [with Danielle] it was like, ‘Oh … hi.’”

Ward, who played Rachel McGuire Boy Meets World from 1998 to 2000, adds that there was “nothing that went on” that could have contributed to the alleged coldness from the Arizona native, 41. However, she did suspect that Fishel may have been offended at her NSFW social-media content.

“I think [my career choices] could be part of it,” the White ChicksContinued actress “I wasn’t doing porn when Girl Meets WorldIt was going on [though]. Everybody says, ‘Oh, you were doing porn and you can’t come on, Girl Meets World — you can’t be a part of it.’ And I really wasn’t. I was just posting sexy images on Instagram, like my cosplay items, and I was getting a lot attention. So … I can’t speak for her, but I do think that she’s not a fan of what I do now. She doesn’t have to watch it, but [she’s] not supportive of anything that I do now.”

Despite their alleged differences, Ward explains how open she was to talking things out with Fishel on her new podcast, “Pod Meets World.” The show, which the ABC alum hosts with her former Boy Meets Worldcostars Strong, 42 Will Friedle46-year-old explains every episode of the iconic series that ran from 1993 through 2000.

“I think [I] will be on the podcast and we’ll talk it out,” the author shares with Use. “That’s gonna be where we talk it out.”

Ward, who left Hollywood to pursue a career as a porn actor, will be sharing more details about her journey from teen sitcom star, to adult film actress.

“I know that I have a story that nobody else has. It is a story no one has about being a Disney star young and coming from such an iconic show and working in Hollywood. Then decades later — really at 40 [years old] — making it as a top porn star,” the California native states. “[I had]Having won numerous awards, making more money than ever, and being more respected and successful. I really wanted to tell my story and I really think it would be empowering to everyone — especially women who have been told no so much in their lives.”
