After he allegedly confronted Althea Heart, the mother of his son, Benzino was taken into custody
Althea was allegedly out walking with her male friend, when Zino decided “to pop up.”
“At that point, Reginald tried getting into his vehicle but was unable due to Raymond being in front. Reginald said that Althea then got into the truck’s driver seat and tried to pull away.” The officer reports.
Benzino can often be seen looking stressed and shirtless. Althea’s truck was allegedly damaged and punched by Benzino.
“Reginald explained to me that Raymond hit his vehicle multiple time with his fist, as they tried to drive off. I was able see the damage to the truck and could see two dents in its driver side rear door. Reginald stated that Raymond continued to threaten Raymond until police arrived. Althea and Cindy, another witness, also spoke to me. Cindy observed the incident from her porch. Cindy stated that she witnessed Raymond subject shouting obscenities, and punching the red pickup truck.
