Award Winning Actor Fears His ‘Days Are Numbered’

Actor and family man, Sir Michael Caine (82), fears his previous life choices may result in his passing much earlier than he hoped.

Caine has been acting since the 1960’s and has made appearances in the Batman series (Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises), Get Carter, Miss Congeniality and many others. His newest movie, Going In Style, airs April of 2017.

He has received an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor and has been nominated for countless awards throughout his acting career.

In a recent interview, Caine announced that he has been monitoring his health more closely and making drastic diet changes.

“I used to drink a bottle of vodka a day and smoke several packs of cigarettes...I know my days are numbered and that’s the main worry. I’ve had to cut back on the drinking and I’m always looking up what’s the best thing against cancer, so I’ll eat that or do this or not do that.”

He thanks his wife, Shakira, for his support and encouraging him to make these necessary changes.

“Without her, I’d have been dead a long time ago.”

According to The Sun, he is hoping to live another long and healthy ten years to continue his acting career and more importantly, be with his grandchildren.

Sending prayers to uplift Caine and others struggling with the same fear!
