Amber Alert Issued for 1-Year-Old Boy in Major U.S. State

UPDATE: Emiliano Salinas was FOUND and is in safety as of 9:00AM PDT. Thank you for your prayers. 

Monday morning an Amber Alert was issued in Monterey County in California. A 1-year-old boy was abducted, according to officials. 

The child is a Hispanic boy named Emiliano Salinas. He is approximately 2 feet tall and 23 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. 

The boy is from Soledad. He reportedly went missing at 4:47am Monday morning.

He was last seen wearing gray pants and a white shirt. He was strapped into a car seat in a 1992 Honda Accord. 

The California license plate is 6RGB061. There is no suspect at this time. 

The alert was issued in California but it is unknown where the child has been taken. There have been no other details released yet.
