Actress and musician Haylie Duff earned national fame for her role as Summer Wheatley in the 2004 cult classic Napoleon Dynamite. She just had her second child with her fiancé Matt Rosenberg.
They named their daughter Lulu and is now the younger sister to 3-year-old Ryan. Duff contributed a picture with a caption expressing their joy.
“She arrived June 5th and brought all her magic with her! Ryan is the happiest big sister & we are finally a family of 4! Meet our littlest one … Lulu Gray Rosenberg!”
Duff and Rosenberg got engaged in April 2014. With her second pregnancy, she made the announcement in January.
Pop Sugar caught up with Haylie’s sister Hilary Duff about her niece and their family. Hilary Duff is mother to 6-year-old Luca.
“It’s so nice to have a girl around,” said Duff. “Luca and I have such a tight bond, I can’t imagine not having a boy, but Ryan is just so different than him.”
According to Biography.com, Haylie made her film debut in “The Addams Family Reunion” and won the Young Artist Award for Best Supporting Young Actress for her performance. After that film, she landed some minor television roles on “Chicago Hope” and “Boston Public”
She then played a role in “Third Watch” and “Lizzie McGuire,” playing Cousin Amy in a three-episode stint. Her breakthrough role came in 2004 in the movie Napoleon Dynamite.
