Chip and Joanna Gaines have made headlines recently when they announced that their hit series “Fixer Upper” is coming to an end. Now, Chip Gaines is in the spotlight again, making waves about a promise he’s made to fans, all for a good cause.

According to Gaines, his fans “hate” his current hairstyle, reported Fox News. Specifically, they disagree with the long strands that have given him a hippie-ish look. But that could change.

“It’s come to my attention that most of you hate my current hairstyle,” wrote Gaines on social media. “But how MUCH do you hate it? Now it’s time to put your money where your mouth is.”

“So here’s the deal,” he captioned. “Next week, Jo and are visiting the beautiful kids at Target House with St. Jude Children’s research Hospital in Memphis. No family ever pays @StJude for treatment, travel or food—so basically we want to bring them a giant check from YOU to help cover the costs.”

“Donate to @StJude through the link in my profile,” he added, “and the more money we raise over the next FOUR days, the shorter my hair goes. That’s a promise. And, who knows, maybe if you really exceed my expectations… I’ll buzz it all off.”

However, there’s at least one person in America who actually likes Chip’s style and may be sad to see his hairstyle go. That person happens to be his wife.

What do you think of this? How much do you hate Chip’s hair? In recent news, find out the bold words that Franklin Graham said about the 2016 election.
