The 2022 Grammy’s Has Officially Been Postponed And Moved From Los Angeles to Las Vegas

 

It looks like the Grammy’s is moving to Las Vegas this year!

In the latest Grammy’s news, sources say that due to the recent omicron variant of COVID-19, the Grammy’s will now be held in Las Vegas. The show was originally planned to be held at Crypto.com Arena, which was formerly known under the Staples Center in Los Angeles at the end of January 2022. However, the award show with a star-studded cast will now be held at MGM Grand Garden Arena on March 3rd.

This is not the first instance of COVID-19 affecting the Grammys’ date. After a coronavirus epidemic spike, the 2021 Grammy Award was moved six weeks ago to March 14th. (Read more on it at The Jasmine Brand.

 

Though representatives of the Recording Academy have yet to confirm why the notable award show, sources claim that the Crypto.com Arena was booked up in the days surrounding April 3rd, this would not work for the event, as the Grammy’s requires a 10-day-plus venue lockdown surrounding the event.

Sources claim that the Grammys will host by The Daily Show’s Trevor NoahThis year. However, Trevor Noah won’t be the only notable celebrity in the building, as exceptional nominees such as Doja Cat, Billie Eilish, H.E.R., Lil Nas X, Kanye West, Silk Sonic, Saweetie, Baby KeemYou can expect to see, etc.

For those who won’t be in attendance at this celebration of music and artistry, the Grammys will be able to stream it on Paramount+.
