100,000 People In Massachusetts Called For Bill Clinton’s Arrest. Here’s Why.

An online petition is making the rounds after what some people are calling illegal actions by Bill Clinton on Super Tuesday.  According to the New York Post, the petition claims that Clinton had violated Massachusetts election law.

On Super Tuesday, Clinton had been spotted close to and even inside at least three separate polling places.  Inside one of the polling stations, Clinton reportedly told voters to “Pull the lever for Hillary.”

According to Massachusetts law, soliciting votes for a candidate or promoting a candidate or political party is prohibited within 150 feet of polling places.

“This is a call for the immediate arrest of President Bill Clinton for clear, knowing and egregious violation of the campaign laws to swing an election in a significant way,” the petition reads, “It could not be any clearer in the Massachusetts General Laws.”
