Tim Tebow appears to have what everyone wants. He has money. He is famous. He is in great shape. Lots of women would love to spend time with him. Isn't that everything in life?
But he has defined True Success for himself, and that helps keep him grounded. According to Tim,
"True Success is not measured in physical possessions, but in the amount of lives that you change."
Wow! Don't we live in America, where True Success is measured in the amount of stuff that you have? Haven't we heard "The one who dies with the most toys wins?"
But Tim's definition of True Success is so much greater. Even Jesus said, "What good does it profit a man to gain the whole world yet lose his own soul."
We are to give our selves away to others; to make other's lives better; and that is Tim Tebow's definition of True Success. If more stars and celebrities and people were like Tim, the world would be a better — and less self-centered — place.
