What Causes THIS Beautiful "Butterfly" In Space?

The Hubble Space Telescope continues to reveal to us previously-unseen glories of God's enormous and complex universe.  The Twin Jet Nebula is no exception.

According to The Washington Post, a new shot from the telescope displays the ethereal result of a dying star spewing gas away from it at more than 600,000 miles per hour, showing that even destruction can have its own beauty.

Scientists believe that a second star, in an earlier stage of dying, is sitting next to the gas-spewing one, creating a gravitational field that causes the iridescent gases to fan out in both directions, giving the nebula a wing-like appearance.
