What A U.S. News Anchor Said In Cuba Today That Made Rush Go BALLISTIC!

It's no secret that the mainstream media in America leans left, but there seems to be no time when that's more readily apparent than when they're covering President Obama or reporting from a foreign country. Or, in this case, both.

On his conservative radio talk show today, Rush Limbaugh just about lost it when a well-known U.S. news anchor opened his mouth and revealed the true nature of his political beliefs. Rush played a clip of CNN anchor Chris Cuomo, son of the deceased former New York governor Mario Cuomo, as he partook in the mainstream media's ecstasy over Obama's historic visit to communist Cuba.

When a fellow anchor asked "Hey, Chris, we can't help but notice your culturally appropriate garb that you're wearing. Tell us the history of your shirt," Chris replied, "This shirt belonged to my father. It was given to him by Fidel Castro. It marked conversations going on decades ago that were the same as those today. The concern was the freedom of the people. What is the point of this communist regime if it is not to truly make everyone equal, not at the lowest level, not by demoralizing everyone, but lifting everyone up? My father, generations of politicians have been fighting this. So I wear this shirt as a reminder of that."

That's when Rush just about hit the roof.

"Did you hear that? Did you just hear how communism was defined here? Where did this guy pick it up?" Rush asked incredulously.

Rush then pointed out the repeated failures and atrocities of communism in every country it's been tried in. He mentioned the story by the Naples Herald of nine Cubans who died and 18 who were rescued by a cruise ship last week while escaping from the island nation.

"Well, what were these 27 Cubans thinking, for crying out?" Rush asked rhetorically. "Why in the world would you abandon such a paradise?"
