A man in Pennsylvania has been arrested by police after he mocked a random stranger with cerebral palsy as he was entering a convenience store. The thug can be seen waiting outside, making fun of the way the man walked.A Pennsylvania man faces charges after he mocked and then sucker-punched a person with cerebral palsy as he left a convenience store.
When the man returns to his car, the thug makes fun of him again. It was at that moment that the thug sucker punches the man in the face as hard as he possibly can.
The man is visibly shaken and bystanders call the police. The perpetrator walks off as if nothing had even occurred.
Barry Baker, the thug who threw the punch and mocked the gentleman, was charged with simple assault.
“The defendant’s actions, in this case, are appalling. You wonder what would make an individual treat somebody like that,” West Chester Police Chief Scott Bohn told KYW-TV.
The DA also weighed in on the sickening incident.
“This defendant is a bully. Every decent citizen should be outraged by the defendant’s conduct. The victim is to be commended for keeping his cool and notifying the police,” said Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan.
