According to Fox News, Rojas has been charged with five counts of aggravated vehicular manslaughter.

In addition to the 18-year-old Michigan woman who was killed, four other people were taken to the hospital in serious condition, according to the New York Post.

He was tested for alcohol in his system, but the tests came back negative. Results are still pending on a drug test.

According to the New York Post, police sources say Rojas was attempting suicide-by-cop.

“You were supposed to shoot me! I wanted to kill them,” he reportedly told officers after his arrest.
