UPDATE: Chuck Norris Makes HUGE Statement About Cruz

It had been reported earlier that Chuck Norris was set to appear at a Ted Cruz event being held at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in North Carolina this weekend.  The rally is being hosted by a pro Cruz PAC and was set to feature Ted Cruz, Glenn Beck, and Chuck Norris.

However, in a shocking reversal, Norris has pulled out of the event. According to the Blaze, the PAC issued a statement apologizing for any confusion and said that Norris will “no longer be appearing” at the event.

“I would like to clarify for the record that I have NOT officially endorsed any candidate for president, contrary to what has been widely reported in the media,” Norris said in a statement. “Each of the remaining Republican candidates have strong points.”

In relation to which candidate Norris will endorse, he said, “I am going to let the citizens of America decide who they think would be the best candidate for GOP. When the candidate is decided, I will support that person enthusiastically.”
