Uncle Si Honored For His Service To Uncle Sam

Anyone who has ever donned a United States military uniform and served their country honorably deserves our country’s recognition and appreciation.

Silas Merritt Robertson (Uncle Si) is no different.  He was drafted into the United States Army during the Vietnam war.  He remained in the Army until 1993 when he retired after 24 years of service with the rank of Sergeant First Class.

In this clip from Duck Dynasty, Uncle Si is being honored for his service to his country with an exhibit at the Chennault Aviation and Military Museum in Monroe, Louisiana.

God bless you Si and thank you for your service!
