Ultra-Leftist Southern Poverty Law Center INSULTS Muslims And Gets Away With It

EDITORIAL

The ultra-leftist Southern Poverty Law Center has just blasted Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore, a Christian judge who got fired today for breaking the law in his fight against gay marriage, and they did it with an insult the Left should be considering highly "Islamophobic."

In a statement on their website, Southern Poverty Law Center President Richard Cohen proclaimed, "The people of Alabama who cherish the rule of law are not going to miss the Ayatollah of Alabama.”

Wait a second. An "Ayatollah" is a Shiite religious leader in Iran. Shouldn't the Left be condemning Cohen for saying a Muslim religious leader is the same as a conservative, right-wing radical Christian judge who blindly follows God's law instead of man's law and fights against "equality" and "progress?" Sounds like an insult to Islam to me.

So far, the Left has remained silent. Now imagine if a Christian organization had publicly insulted President Barack Obama as the "Ayatollah of America." It'd be all over the news.

Does anyone else see the hypocrisy here?
