Two States Are Making Very Bold Moves Regarding Abortion
Two states in the U.S. are making very bold moves regarding abortion.
According to the Christian Post, the House of Representatives in Oklahoma passed a resolution Monday declaring that abortion is murder.
HR 1005 makes it clear that “all human life is protected by God's law and the highest laws of the land."
Citing the U.S. Constitution, the resolution declares that “no state shall deprive any human being of life, liberty, or the pursuit of happiness without due process of law, nor deny to any human being within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
In addition to that statement, the House of Representatives is also calling all state leaders and law enforcement officials to protect unborn children from murder.
The resolution says, "... every public official in Oklahoma, including but not limited to sheriffs, district attorneys, judges and justices, the Attorney General, and the Governor, is directed to exercise their authority as appropriate in their respective jurisdictions to stop the murder of innocent unborn children by abortion."
