To the mainstream media and the left, nothing was more important yesterday at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland than Melania Trump's speech, but they weren't exactly "ooing" and "aahing" over it. Rather, accusations flew thick throughout the day that Trump's wife had plagiarized some of the lines from Michelle Obama's 2008 convention speech, and mainstream media sources penned long analyses of what this would mean for the Trump campaign.

This morning, Trump fired back on Twitter: "The media is spending more time doing a forensic analysis of Melania's speech than the FBI spent on Hillary's emails."

Earlier, he also wrote, "Good news is Melania's speech got more publicity than any in the history of politics especially if you believe that all press is good press!"
