Trump HITS Colin Powell In Sore Spot After Colin Called Him 'A National Disgrace'

"Trump is a national disgrace and an international pariah. He appeals to the worst angels of the GOP nature and poor white folks."

That's what 4-star general and former U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell wrote about Donald Trump in an e-mail that was leaked after it was hacked. An aide to the former George W. Bush administration appointee confirmed that Powell's e-mails aren't faked, according to CNN.

Upset at the attack and the drastic slide to the left Powell has taken over the years — one of the leaked e-mails even suggested he's planning to endorse Hillary Clinton soon even though he says she comes across as "sleazy" — Trump slammed Powell on Twitter.

"I was never a fan of Colin Powell after his weak understanding of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq = disaster. We can do much better!" Trump wrote.
