Presidential election season has sunk to incredibly low depths at times throughout the past few elections. This election has been no different. Candidates have accused other candidates of being “child molesters” and have even resorted to questioning each others manhood.
While the campaigns are still declaring open season on each other, they turned to comedy on Thursday to settle the score by bringing Jim Carrey movies into the election.
Donald Trump struck first, releasing a reimagined poster for “Liar Liar” starring Ted Cruz.
Several hours later Cruz accepted the challenge and released a poster for “Me, Myself, and Don” which is a play on Jim Carrey’s film “Me, Myself, and Irene” in which he has split personalities.
