Recently, during an interview, Tim Allen opened up about the most dangerous thing when it comes to politics. While filming the interview, Allen said it all comes down to likable conservatives.
“There’s nothing more dangerous to me, especially in this climate, than a funny, likable conservative,” said Allen.
Allen has been an outspoken conservative and is also a Republican. His recent television show, “Last Man Standing,” had Allen in the leading role as an outspoken conservative.
When his show was canceled, critics were quick to blame it on his conservative views. There were many instances during the show when Allen’s character would criticize Hillary Clinton.
“It was handled very badly,” Allen said of the cancellation in a Tuesday interview on the “Norm Macdonald Live” podcast.
Allen said his character was the “dangerous” conservative he warned against. He feels he played the role in a great way and pushed some boundaries.
“That was the most dangerous thing, because he’s mitigated on the show by a family of all women that had different opinions, but the guy was a likable guy and really a principled guy just about work, and ethics, and all this stuff,” he concluded.
