Donald Trump has wasted no time since becoming President of the United States. Since taking office, he has worked tirelessly to make America great again by signing numerous executive orders and rolling back regulations.
One of his more prevalent campaign promises was to bring jobs back to America and help boost the economy at home. He was often criticized by Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, who said his plans would never see results.
Well, President Trump has been seeing "big league" results lately. On Wednesday, he added to the list. This time, to the tune of $7 billion.
The CEO of Intel, Brian Krzanich, met with President Trump and worked out a deal to invest $7 billion in a semiconductor factory to be located inArizona. The factory is reported to employ 3,000 people and create "high-tech, high-wage" jobs.
"This factory will produce the most powerful computer chips on the planet, powering the best computers, the best data centers [and] autonomous cars," said Krzanich.
Trump responded by saying Intel is a great company and the new investment will be amazing for the U.S. economy.
What do you think about the announcement? Are you happy to see so many jobs coming to America and boosting our economy?
