They say that Islam is a religion of peace. But the religion's holy text and the actions of many of its followers says something entirely different.
Most know by now that the Quran orders the killing of all infidels, which is anyone who won't submit to Islam. That would be you and me, assumedly.
But many Muslims do not follow that teaching. And that is great. But it doesn't mean it's not at the heart of Islam.
"The Quran contains at least 109 verses that call Muslims to war with nonbelievers for the sake of Islamic rule. Some are quite graphic, with commands to chop off heads and fingers and kill infidels wherever they may be hiding. Muslims who do not join the fight are called 'hypocrites' and warned that Allah will send them to Hell if they do not join the slaughter," shares The Religion of Peace.
Here, in a latest Facebook post, Franklin Graham shares what he personally saw written on the walls of a Christian Church by the hand of Muslims. It is quite revealing.
Graham asks the powerful question in his op-ed for USA Today: "How is it in this 'enlightened' age, with 24-hour news and immediate reporting on the Internet and social media, that governments and people around the world are not uniting and marching in the streets to demand an end to the unjust treatment of people being targeted because of their religion?"
What do you think of the message written on the walls of the church? Do you think it is representative of Islam as a religion? Share your thoughts and prayers in the Comments! Thank you!
