The Duggars Open Up About Josh On His Birthday

The Duggar family is trying to pick up the pieces of their shattered lives and rebuild their image amidst the onslaught of hateful media in the wake of Josh’s troubling scandals.

The Duggar family is returning to TLC with a new show, “Jill and Jessa: Counting On” that follows the two daughters and their young families.  Naturally, in such a close-knit family, viewers can expect to see all the other members of the Duggar family on screen as well.  Except for Josh.  There are currently no plans for him to be involved in the show.

Josh is still receiving treatment and therapy for his disastrous vices that brought down the entire Duggar family.  Despite his scandals and the surrounding heartbreak, Jim Bob and Michelle have not given up on their son.  In fact, they continue to pray for his recovery.

Josh just recently turned 28 years old and his parents offered their encouragement for his recovery on their Facebook page.
