A 16-year-old patient, Amari Hall, at a Baltimore hospital was waiting months for his heart transplant. Hall was born with heart defect called ‘hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS), according to Fox 5.
HLHS affects the blood flow of the heart, caused by the left side of the heart growing incorrectly during pregnancy. This is a life-changing condition, almost always requiring multiple medications and surgeries.
Fortunately, the heart transplant was successful! To celebrate, he began dancing. The nurses soon joined in to rejoice with the young boy.

The video was captured by Hall’s aunt, Charawn Hunter. After posting the video, it quickly went viral and their story was covered by multiple news sources.
Hunter later posted another video of Hall celebrating his ‘breakthrough’ and dancing again with the staff and his family, which also went viral. The nurses and doctors couldn’t help but clap and cheer! Click here to see the video.
Hall ends the video with, “Thank you for everything.” He also acknowledges how thankful he is for those who have been praying for him.
What an amazing story! Praise Jesus!
