Team USA Coach Sends STRONG Message To Any “Kaepernicks” On His Team

Technically, backup 49er QB Colin Kaepernick has the constitutional right to express his anti-American hatred towards the national anthem and police officers around the country by sitting during the anthem. He can say and do whatever he wants. The soldiers and policemen he disrespects, lay their lives on the line to protect his right to do so.

However, if Kaepernick were a member of Team USA hockey, he would find himself facing severe consequences. According to Fox News, coach John Tortorella made it clear that he will not tolerate any anti-American protests from his players during the World Cup of Hockey. “If any of my players sit on the bench for the national anthem, they will sit there for the rest of the game,” Tortorella said.

In a humorous twist of irony, Colin Kaepernick will already be riding the bench all season long as he was unable to grab the starting job away from Blaine Gabbert during the preseason.

Here’s hoping Gabbert stays healthy throughout the entire season…
