“Fixer Upper” stars Chip and Joanna Gaines announced their latest project on Wednesday. The couple has been working on another vacation rental home in Waco, Texas.
The house is a Classical Revival home that dates back to 1903. The designers are calling the 4,831-square-foot house the Hillcrest Estate.
Joanna said, “We are now opening another vacation rental! Chip and I had so much fun restoring this old Waco icon and cannot wait to welcome guests starting this fall.”
The couple commented on the charm of the house and said they hope “friends and families from all over can make lasting memories during their visit.”
The house comfortably sleeps 12 people and includes “fresh, updated features with the home’s original details and characters.” On Friday, Chip and Joanna posted a series of photos of the Hillcrest Estate on their website.
