Senior Class Sacrifices Class Trip To Help Their Principal

The senior class at the Profile School in New Hampshire recently cancelled their senior class trip.  A week prior the seniors learned that principal Courtney Vashaw had been diagnosed with a rare form of aggressive cancer.

After learning of her diagnosis, the seniors held a vote and the outcome was unanimous.  They had voted to donate their class fund of nearly $8,000 to the principal to help in her fight against cancer.  “Everyone has a connection with her”, The class president said, “She’s given so much to us and we wanted to give back”
