Many Republicans feel that FBI Director James Comey redeemed himself yesterday when he announced that he was reopening the criminal investigation into Hillary's e-mail scandal because of new evidence that just came to light. Previously, Comey had insisted repeatedly in front of Congress and the American people that he could not recommend Hillary for prosecution, even though he admitted she broke the law multiple times.
Now former New York City mayor and prosecutor Rudy Giuliani is still speaking out against Comey, calling the first investigation a sham. He explains why:
