The horrific terrorist attacks in Belgium on March 22nd appear to be just the beginning. The radical Islamic attacks came only months after the attacks in Paris and credible threats are popping up everywhere. The whole of Europe is on high alert.
One would think that with such uncertainty in Europe and a clear knowledge of who is perpetrating these attacks, that the Belgium government would clamp down and do what is needed to make sure the entire country is secure.
However, that is not the case. According to Breitbart, at least 50 ISIS supporters are still working at the Brussels airport. Their jobs range from baggage handlers, cleaning, catering, all the way up to having access to cockpits of planes. Two of the terrorists had also worked at the airport.
Before the airport bombing, the police had warned the interior ministry that the airport was unsafe and that more personnel was needed to secure the airport. That warning went unheeded and days later the airport was bombed.
Now the police are demanding that more personnel be put in this ongoing investigation and are threatening to strike if they aren’t going to be taken seriously.
