It is no secret that President Trump has great admiration for former President of the United States, Andrew Jackson.
Both Presidents pride themselves on being self-made men who have taken a stance for common people rather than for the elite.
President Trump has paid homage to the former president by placing his portrait in the oval office, referencing him and his determination in the 2017 inaugural speech, and now by showing another sign of respect.
On Wednesday, before President Trump will be holding a rally in Tennessee, he will be stopping by the grave of President Andrew Jackson (which is pictured above) to pay his respects and lay a wreath.
This comes as quite the contrast to almost a year ago when the Obama Administration was trying to take Andrew Jackson off the $20 bill.
Coincidentally, it just so happens to be Andrew Jackson's birthday on Wednesday! President Trump's visit couldn't be more perfectly timed.
What do you think about President Trump making a special point to honor a fellow president?
