Planned Parenthood Gets Terrible News After New Health Care Act Passes House

Not every conservative is happy with the American Health Care Act, the Obamacare replacement that was passed by the House on Thursday, but many will agree that it was a major victory for the pro-life movement.

According to the Washington Post, the bill contains language that cuts Planned Parenthood’s federal funding for an entire year.

30 percent of the abortion provider’s funding comes from the government.

The only way Planned Parenthood can get its funding back is to stop offering abortions at all of its clinics.

The health care bill goes before the Senate next, though, and removing the plan to cut Planned Parenthood’s funding could be one of the many changes senators will insist on.
