WATCH: US Army Soldier Baptized In The Euphrates River During The Iraq War

In this inspiring video, a US Army soldier is baptized in the Euphrates River.  The baptism took place during the height of the Iraq war near Rawah in Anbar on a cold and dusty day in January of 2006.

In a break from the fighting, the Army unit stopped along the river.  The high winds kicked up a lot of dust.  The low visibility offered protection from enemy attacks.  After finding the perfect spot, the young Army soldier was baptized, saved and became a Christian.
