After passengers on a United flight learned the plane was overbooked, they were offered vouchers and compensation to give up their seats.
The airline told passengers they would not leave until 4 people gave up their seats. After no one volunteered, the airline randomly chose 4 people.
One man, who claimed he was a doctor with patients to see, became upset after being chosen. He refused to give up his seat. That's when the security guards took action.

Was this over the line? Should the passenger have simply left? Who is in the wrong?
