Parents SUE Loretta Lynch After Boy Enters Girls School Locker Room And...

You knew this type of thing would start happening after the Department of Education and Department of Justice sent out new rules to all schools that they must open up their restrooms and locker rooms to students based on their "gender identity" even if it doesn't match their biological sex. You warned them it would happen, but they didn't want to listen.

According to Todd Starnes at Fox News, members of a girls junior varsity squad at a Virginia, Minnesota public high school were driven out of their own locker room by a male student who not only insisted on using their facility but performed lewd acts in front of them.

According to a lawsuit filed by the Alliance Defending Freedom on behalf of 11 families against Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Secretary of Education John King Jr., and the school district, the male student who identifies as a female walked into a locker room wearing a dress while girls were changing and began to dance in a sexually explicit fashion — described as being similar to pole dancing — while playing music with lewd lyrics.

While the actions would have been controversial enough if a girl was doing them, having a boy do them while flashing his underwear made a number of the teenage girls very uncomfortable. He also further embarrassed them by asking a girl about her bra size and saying he wanted to "trade body parts" with her.

In response, the school simply told the girls to use a secondary locker room instead. The boy walked in on them while they were changing there, too, and undressed as well. The parents' lawsuit soon followed.

Alliance Defending Freedom Attorney Matt Sharp said, “The school was very unsympathetic. This is showing what we have been warning for months now. When you strip away student privacy, there’s going to be consequences for that.”

The alliance's senior counsel Gary McCaleb also commented, “School policies should promote the rights and safety of every student, but that’s not what Virginia [Minnesota] Public Schools is doing — and it’s certainly not what the departments of Education and Justice are doing. No child should be forced into an intimate setting, like a locker room, with someone of the opposite sex.”

Welcome to Obama's America.
