Oprah's Longtime Partner Reveals Whether or Not She Will Actually Run for Office

Following the 2018 Golden Globe Awards, many people are talking about the possibility of Oprah Winfrey running for president in 2020. During the award show Sunday night, Seth Meyers created quite the stir by using his platform to encourage Winfrey to run for office during the next presidential election. 

The buzz has continued as many think about the possibility of Oprah as president. Fans on social media and fellow celebrities have shown an outpour of support for the entertainment mogul.

Celebrities such as Meryl Streep have publicity endorsed Winfrey for an upcoming run as president. Streep told the Washington Post, “She launched a rocket tonight. I want her to run for president. I don’t think she had any intention [of declaring]. But now she doesn’t have a choice.”

Even Winfrey's longtime partner Stedman Graham is in full support of seeing her name on the ballot. Graham shared with the Los Angeles Times that, "It's up to the people. She would absolutely do it."
