A music executive is claiming that a famous musician plotted to have him murdered. The plan was all reportedly created and paid for a mere $20,000.
Suge Knight, an American record producer and music executive who is currently in jail pending a trial for murdering a person with his truck, claims that Dr. Dre paid someone money to have him murdered. The plot is extremely interesting and Dr. Dre’s representative have called it complete nonsense.
Knight is also the former founder of Death Row Records. The record label is partially responsible for gaining fame in the rap community and for working with artists like Dr. Dre in the beginning stages of their careers.
“In new legal docs, Suge claims in July 2016 he was shown a check made out for $20k by Dr. Dre to a man named Dwayne Johnson. Suge says this was blood money to have him killed the day he fatally ran over a man,” according to TMZ.
Knight is arguing that he had reason to fear for his life on the day he killed a man with his truck because Johnson was also at the parking lot. Apparently, Knight believes he was there to murder him after being hired by Dr. Dre.
At this time, there doesn’t seem to be any substantial evidence to the case. It is currently being investigated and as far as we can tell, the Dwayne Johnson being reference is not the famous wrestler.
