President Trump created a firestorm Thursday morning by responding to a series of attacks on him by MSNBC “Morning Joe” hosts Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough. And now the White House is weighing in.
Trump wrote on Twitter: “I heard poorly rated @Morning_Joe speaks badly of me (don't watch anymore). Then how come low I.Q. Crazy Mika, along with Psycho Joe, came to Mar-a-Lago 3 nights in a row around New Year's Eve, and insisted on joining me. She was bleeding badly from a face-lift. I said no!”
Social media and news networks went crazy over the tweets. Many condemned the President for acting in a manner that is “below the presidency” and inappropriate. Now, Mika has responded by tweeting a photo that sends a not-so-subtle message to President Trump.
Many remember the “tiny hands” comments that took place during the debates. President Trump even commented on the attack back then and defended his fingers.
The photo is most definitely an attack at President Trump. While Mika didn't include a caption, it's clear that her image says everything.
Either way, things seem to be getting out of hand. The focus is now about personal attacks instead of actual platforms.
What do you think about President Trump’s comments? What do you think about Mika’s response?
