Grocery retail chain King Soopers is recalling over 28,000 pounds of processed food products sold at various locations. The high-health risk recall was issued after one particular frozen product tested positive for Listeria—a deadly bacteria.

Listeria can lead to a serious infection that causes symptoms such as fevers, headaches, body aches, and a number of gastrointestinal symptoms. Although most people are expected to recover from the infection, it can be fatal in selected groups of people including pregnant women, elderly, children (especially newborns and infants), and any person with a weakened immune system.

According to the USDA, one of King Soopers’ suppliers, Chelsea Food Services, shipped the now-recalled chicken and pork frozen burritos and sandwich kits to King Soopers establishments. Stores impacted by this recall are located in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.

Thankfully, no illnesses have been reported in relation to this recall. However, the company is encouraging consumers to return the affected products for a full refund or trash them immediately.

Please see the full list of recalled products below, provided by the USDA.
