The Pence family made a big announcement about Second Lady Karen Pence on Friday, September 15th. Conservatives were very excited to hear the special news, which was first shared on an “unusual” social media account.
On the Pence’s family pet account, their rabbit Marlon Bundo (also known as BOTUS or “Bunny of the United States”), the family announced that Karen Pence and her daughter Charlotte Pence will be releasing a children’s book next year. The plot of the story revolves around the BOTUS following around Vice President Mike Pence in the White House.
According to The Hill, the book will be titled, “Marlon Bundo’s Day in the Life of the Vice President.” The story is written by 24-year-old Charlotte and illustrated by the Second Lady.
Many of Marlon Bundo’s 14,000 followers shared their excitement for the book to come out on March 19th, 2018. One user stated, “YAY! I am genuinely delighted about this. It sounds so adorable. Can't wait to read Marlon's story!”
