After 52 Years, and a Shocking Discovery, Mom and Daughter are Reunited Just in Time for Mother's Day

A mom and daughter have reunited after 52 years apart, and the timing couldn't be any more perfect. Just days before Mother's Day Sharon Glidden finally met her birth mother Donna Pavey.

As a young mother, Pavey gave birth to Glidden 52 years ago and was forced by her parents to give her up for adoption. Pavey said she constantly thought about her first born all the time and had prayed for the best for her.

After Glidden's adoptive parents passed away she decided to search online in hopes of discovering her family history, she ended up finding so much more than that. She discovered she was actually adopted and a DNA test proved that Pavey and Glidden were, in fact, mother and daughter.

The two connected through Facebook and two days later their heartfelt reunion was all caught on film. They have both said they never want to be separated again, Glidden even wants to build her mom a house near her in Oklahoma.
