A Hollywood movie actress has recently passed away and her cause of death has now been released. Lisa Spoonauer was found dead at only 44 years old.
Lisa is best known for her role in the movie “Clerks” in 1994. According to TMZ, Lisa reportedly died from acute and chronic intravenous use of hydromorphone, which is the generic brand of the narcotic Dilaudid.
“She was also battling cancer, anemia, lung disease and immune deficiency, all of which contributed to her untimely demise. At the time her family said she’d been fighting undisclosed illnesses,” read the article on Page Six.
Former cast members of Spoonauer’s took to social media to post wonderful tributes to their colleague. Kevin Smith, a fellow actor in “Clerks” wrote that Lisa was one of “the chief architects” of the film.
“Lisa was easily the most natural and authentic voice in the room,” Smith wrote. “She didn’t sound like she was acting at all,” wrote Kevin, in recalling their time spent together in college.
