It has been reported by Fox News that Harrison Ford is living up to the heroism of his characters on Indiana Jones and Star Wars. Reportedly, according to the conservative news outlet, the star was reported on Sunday helping a woman who had crashed her car on the side of the highway.
TMZ first reported the story, writing that Ford was driving in Santa Paula, California along Route 126. It was while driving that a woman lost control of her vehicle and drove to the side of the road into a small embankment. Ford was traveling behind her. Instead of continuing on the road he immediately pulled over. He then immediately came to her assistance.
After the woman crashed onto the side of the road, Harrison Ford rushed out of his car and, along with a handful of other bystanders, rushed to the woman's assistance. He managed to get her safely out of the car and continued to keep her calm until paramedics were able to arrive.
The woman was rushed to the emergency room, although she was only reported to have minor injuries. The content of those injuries is currently unknown.
According to Page Six, Ford has often caught himself in life-threatening situations such as the one reported today. In the past, for instance, he has been the victim of plane and helicopter crashes. Perhaps the most notable of the life-threatening situations which the actor has found himself came in 2015. This particular situation came when Ford suffered serious injuries after engine trouble forced him to do an emergency landing on a golf course near an airport.
Furthermore, the actor has recently found himself directing traffic in New York City after cars started to get backed up exiting the Midtown Tunnel.
In breaking news, an actor on "The Cosby Show" just died in their New Jersey home at age 91.
