Former "Desperate Housewives" actress Eva Longoria just confirmed that she's pregnant. It's the first child for the actress, producer, and director.
The 42-year-old's rep told People that Longoria is having a boy with her husband José Antonio “Pepe” Bastón.
The actress has been hiding her pregnancy for a while. She's four months along with her son.
Bastón, 49, is president of Televisa, the largest media company in Latin America. Longoria and Bastón began dating in 2013, and he popped the question in Dubai in December 2015.
In May 2016, the couple was married in May 2016 in Mexico. The star-studded party was punctuated with a fireworks display.
In May, the couple celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary during the Cannes Film Festival.
“I never thought I would get married again. It’s him, he makes it all worth it,” revealed Longoria, who has been married twice before.
She added: “I’m not a fan of marriage; I like being married to him...He surprised me at dinner with a beautiful gift and a song and a singer it was just amazing.”
Back in Summer 2015, Longoria discussed the possibility of having children.
“I just turned 40, so I have thought, ‘Is time running out?’ ” Longoria said. “I should be thinking about [children], but I feel like my life is full.”
While this is the first child for Longoria, he will join Bastón’s three children from a previous marriage.
“They’ve been such a gift in my life,” Longoria said of Bastón’s kids in 2015.
Congratulations to the couple on their newest addition!
