President Donald Trump’s decision to end the DACA program quickly became very controversial among conservatives and liberals. The program founded by the Obama administration in 2012 is an immigration policy following the “Dream Act,” which benefits illegal aliens entering the United States.
Following Jeff Sessions announcement on September 5th, many well-known political and nonpolitical names flocked to condemn Trump’s decision. Among those who expressed their disagreement regarding DACA included former president Barack Obama, former VP Joe Biden, 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, and former president Bill Clinton.
Famed producer most well-known for the comedy show “Modern Family,” Danny Zuker, also condemned Trump’s decision and every Christian who supports him. According to Breitbart, Zuker originally tweeted a message to all Christian Trump supporters, which contained strong profanity.
Zuker stated, “Dear, Christians, if you support [Donald Trump’s] decision to end DACA your Christianity is bull----. But on the other hand, f--- you.”
The tweet was eventually deleted, but was replaced with other messages mocking and bashing Christians and other believers. Since the controversial executive decision, Zuker has also retweeted various tweets from others against Trump’s views on DACA. See a few examples of messages below; others will not be shared due to the large amount of profanity.
